Fundi Nzimande
Fundi Nzimande is a seasoned educator and education specialist.
She comes from a family of educators going as far back as her great grandfather and great grandmother and always wanted to be an educator or at the very least be involved in some community work. She has worked in public education, NGO education and union education.
Kimani Ndungu
Kimani is Naledi’s Research Director.
He has been conducting research for the last ten years during which he has worked for organizations like the National Association of Democratic Lawyers, the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation and the Freedom of Expression Institute.

Nelly joined NALEDI as intern deployed by PTRW wishing to do something else that’s not near the accounts but here I’m doing the bookkeeper before joining I worked at Abdul’s hair salon as Admin clerk for three years, Emba PM as a data capturer and at Rainbow loans as loans clerk
Rob Rees
Rob Rees is one of the Programme Heads at Naledi.
Rose Mcopela
HR Administrator
Started working at NALEDI in 1999 as the receptionist until 2003 where she worked as the Project Administrator for the Sectoral Job Summit (SJS) which was funded by the DTI.
Rudi Dicks
He is NALEDI’S Executive Director
Rudi has been in the trade union movement for the most part of his life. Prior to this, he was the Labour Market/Trade Policy Co-ordinator. He is a member of the Management Committee, Executive Council, Demarcation Committee and S77 Standing Committee at NEDLAC. He is a member of the board of trustees of the COMMARK Trust, a DFID funded programme. Rudi worked for Fair Share, a unit of the School of Government, University of the Western Cape and as the Research Co-ordinator. He was also the Industrial Chemicals National Sector Co-coordinator at CEPPWAWU.
Reagoikanya Ruth Molopyane
Ruth is a self proclaimed new media junkie She is NALEDI’S Communications Manager. Ruth was part of the media team responsible for the launch of Mass Media Campaign- HEARTLINES.
Before joining NALEDI she worked in the private and NGO sector as an Account Assistant
Tiny Thompson
Tiny is the Project Administrator for the Peoples Budget project.
She is from Durban, loves working with people and making them laugh. Tiny is a Board Member of ESSET.
